Check with the campus network administrator and find out if they have started to filter ports. It sounds like that is what is happening. Also check the ip settings on the web server to make sure that they are correct. Did you note the changes you made when you took the machine home? If the campus network has not changed (spring break would be a good time to make that kind of change) then make sure you have changed all the settings back to what they were. You might have missed something.
