from the device manager. or you can just check which driver files are used by the device and delete them manually. different windows versions have slightly different device managers, though, and i'm running linux at the moment, so no more detailed help at the minute, sorry. a lot of usb devices have driver install problems, if you plug them up before the driver install program is run, hence my little tip. epson usb printers spring to mind, here.
