There was a thread like this a long awhile ago so, id like to extend that but i didnt want to reopen that thread so I'm making another one. If anyone has any good free programs that they like, Give the name of it a brief but small descritpion and if possible a link.

Gimp (A manipulation of photoshop)
Avant Browser (Extension To IE)
Ram Booster (Frees Up Ram)
All these can be found on downloads.com except Gimp
