Are you using the latest drivers as well? I'm thinking I might have to install some older drivers or something. Which drivers are the best?
On a side note, the eyes can definitely see higher than 60 fps. Set your monitor to 60Hz and use it for 3 hours straight. You'll have the worst headache ever.
Another side note. Right now I have my GF2 in the computer and Neverwinter Nights runs like a dream. Around 70 fps at 1024x768 using 64mb textures and high quality settings.
