avast has found plenty of boot sector viri for me. just pop in floppy and clcik to explore and there she is. The interface is very intuitive and I really like the constant memory resident scan -- no it doesn't drain my resources (12 mb not alot when have over 200 to play with, and that's if running at full power, 258k with just the resident memory engaged), and the Outlook xpress scan, p2p scan, email scan, instant msg scan - all active real time scanning - only when in use of course.
Hey I can't afford fancy car, house, nothing, so I end up with good looking freeware -- that about sums it up  |
