When installing a new video card, it helps to uninstall the old one('s drivers) first. Then shut down, pop in the card, and boot into BIOS. Select the card as primary display/VGA adapter, boot into Windows, and install its drivers as directed.

Looks to me like you have a case of conflicting drivers there. A reinstall may help.
