go with avg anti-virus and zone alarm firewall..that's what i have and they work great...i've also heard good stuff about sysgate..but i've never tried it....also...consider getting spybot s&d and adaware se (both free) for a very secure system....these products are far superior to the ones you find in stores imo. plus they're free!! if you have a few computers networked...then you can actually scan networked computers with avg also!! if you get the paid version with a few licenses you can even install it on all the computers and then control the anti-virus scan's on all the computers from one computer. it's a great way to scan all the computers at night without having to bother the family (just tell em to leave their computers on when they go to bed..shut off the monitor and stuff!!) that's what i do..makes my life easier!
