Just look for wires that says "IDE LED" or "IDE-0" or "HDD LED" or something to that affect. And also "POWER LED" and reverse them like bovon said. You arent going to harm anything by doing this. (By reverse I mean to turn each plug 180 degrees, not to swap the two plugs)
