That's how you do it, and my eBaying wife has had literally thousands of transactions take place through Paypal and has had no problems. What many people don't realize is that Paypal is goverened by the same rules as banks and banks can freeze accounts to if they want, I just think that because Paypal is used by people who are more "wired" that you read more horror stories on the internet about them than you do your local bank. As well as they probably have more members than most local banks.
