if u didnt get past the windows loading screen, its most lightly due to not enough power.

tell us your PSU specs and your previous PSU & graphicsit would help alot

if according to your specs there, 450W should have absoultely no problem despite 9800 pro being a mid-range power-hungry card. (6800GT are high-end power-hungry cards

)

check your psu connections and check any abnormalities in your BIOS
