Same machine and it's driving me batty!

I've re-installed the OS (Me) and it still comes up with registry errors and Windows protection screens. Even during the OS re-install I was getting blue screens which led me to believe a memory malfunction. As mentioned above, the power supply is new as virtually every component is. I'm beginning to suspect the motherboard (KT7A-RAID) as the culprit. And I've had it with Abit anyway. I've bought many of their boards and had nothing but problems with them.

Any suggestions? TIA

PS I've also run the Maxtor HDD re-certification utility and it checks out OK..., but I'm not 100% convinced.
