It's a crap shoot. If you replace with the same mobo, just make sure you (re)create the array keeping the "0" drive and "1" drive in the same order as your initial RAID array. If you are going to a different mobo, that reduces your odds of success, especially if the RAID controller is not the same, plus now you'll have hardware (mobo, chipset, etc.) differences too.
