Currently it is plugged in directly to the modem, i have tried resetting the registry according to tcp settings, i don't really know how this happened just all of the sudden i woke up one morning and my settings were amuck. Anyways, i tried deleting the connection and it wouldn't allow me to do this. I can't understand why it is only sending and not receiving. I can't figure out why under type it says automatic private ip adress and not assigned by dhcp. Thanks
