It's also interesting to note that the request for the drives was not submitted to Indymedia, but to Rackspace, their server host. IMO this reflects badly on Rackspace. They should've forwarded the request to their client, or challenged it in court. Especially considering that they provided drives from servers that were not located within the United States. Bad move and I hope they pay for it.
