i've used newegg for a while, shipping has been good for the most part... until they shipped the wrong printer to me. i eventually got through to someone in customer service after being cut off, and was passed around to three different people and put on hold twice for approx 10 mins, (not a good experience). i was asked to pay to ship the wrong printer back (by ground) to CA (they refund this later), and wait for an email upon receipt. not really what i was expecting - they could have remedied the problem by overnighting the printer back to CA and overnighting the correct printer to me... since it was their mistake. i guess this happens every now and then and is to be expected, but it took 4 days to ship back and another week before i got the correct item! so in my experience, newegg are excellent (i still use them), but bad when things go wrong. they could have dealt with this better.
