Hi dudes...I'm new to the forum

and I need some advice...I plan on building my first PC soon, and before buying anything, I'd like to have some opinions from people that know better than me...

So this is what I'm planning to buy...

Antec 1040BII
Athlon XP 2600+ 333FSB
Asus A78NX-E Deluxe
2x256Mb Corsair PC3200 RAM
ATI Raedon 9800PRO (

)

I plan on overclocking the 2600+ to around 3200+ if possible, I'm looking for a good, not so expensive, and quite quiet HSF...I need some opinons on this...I'm on a budget so I can't really spend that much...

I'm still not so sure about the Video Card, I'd like to get a cheaper one but that still would perform quite well...I also plan on o/c.

Any recommendations...
