That video card will probably be needing upgraded for either 
I have the mx420 so we are in similar situations. My 6600GT is in the mail
For me it was an issue between zoning times in EQ still and LAG in cities because video cards just dont have the Vram today that the cities in that game require. Eq2 was designed for tomorrow's technology, WoW is pretty much designed for today.
