Help me convert video files!

Hi guys!

I will thank you in advance...more than once.

Okay, here's the deal. I need to convert .mov files so they can be seen/heard on a RCA Lyra RD2780 20 GB Digital Media Player.

Audio Capabilities
Audio Formats WMA, MP3
MP3 Bit-Rate 320 kbps - 320 kbps
WMA Bit-Rate 192 kbps - 192 kbps

Video Capabilities
Video Formats MPEG-4, MPEG-1

Here's a screenie of the file properties of a video sample that plays just fine (both video/audio) on the Lyra.

I've tried Digital Media Converter and Bink & Smacker...I can get the video to convert to mpeg-1 or mpeg-4 just fine for viewing on the Lyra, but the audio never works on the Lyra. Please help me figure out how to convert .mov files to full functioning video files so I can see and hear them on the Lyra.

Thanks in advance!!!
Mike
