Usually the best browser I have found for anything is Opera. Sorry to all you Mozilla fans out there, but at least we agree IE is trash. Opera is the fastest at uploading sites out of anything I have tried which was important when I used to be on dial-up. It was amazing how much of a difference it made. At high speed it is not so huge, but it has integrated IRC, a full email client, full Java support, and a remarkably good downloading system to keep it ahead of the pack. Check out www.Opera.com.
