Hi Ricky,
Check to see if in the board there are two sockets where you can plug the fan. One is for CPU and one is for Motherboard Fan. If you connect CPU fan to the one that is used for motherboard one, BIOS find no fan plugged in CPU's one, as it expects, that's why it returns this error.
