As far as I know this can't be disabled. However, each motherboard/BIOS is different so there might be an option to disable it. It's probably best to just look in the BIOS or the manual.
Also, you're lucky; none of my boards will boot period if they can't detect a CPU fan or it's RPM reading is too low.
