On ours in the Army there is the question, "Is this Officer a Yes man?" Do you have senior NCO's that can write up a good report on you? You can challenge a review, and I would definitely be requesting a transfer every month. On top of that I would file a complaint on losing leave, at some point of time in a year they should be able to give it to you. Its time for you to go up the chain of command, you cannot have your leave stolen from you. You are not on combat assignment right now, they have no justification for it. Sit down and remember every senior NCO that you can remember, and write them a letter asking for a report on you. There is a way to find anyone in the service. Take these letters to the next man up the chain, with all info on your lost leave, and have a transfer request in hand.
