You've GOT to provide more info.
Your OS, what the problem actually is. All we know so far is that your IE has been hijacked.
Why wouldn't you want to run Adaware, Spybot, Spyware Doctor, Microsoft Antispyware, etc?
Seems like a pain to remove possibly hundreds of registry entries manually, but that's just me.
