The most common problem we have had on our campus was people turning on other peoples webcam to watch people while in their room without them knowning it

. They were not hacking into peoples computers via the web cam but rather hacking in to use the web cam. I guess its possible to a cam program to have ports open and make it easier for someone to get in but that doesnt sound right.
