I installed this Asrock P4vm8 with 512 DDR PC2700 (Slot 2) and a 2.4 Celeron. The PS is a 300 Watts but i also tried a 450 Watts.

I don't have anything on the screen and i'm wondering what could be wrong. I also tried the ram in slot 1 but it seems that it's for pc3200.
