Give the RAM a boost in voltage, go from 2.6 to 2.7 if you can, if you still don't have any luck, try dropping to timings to CL2 3 3 6. From here you can determine greater instability, and work your way towards CL3 4 4 7.

Keep the voltage pumped though, sounds like flaky RAM to me.
