First of all figure out what card you have there, and install the INTENDED software for it.
Then, if you're using the analog loop cable from the TV card straight into the sound chip's loopthrough, audio is always going to be delay-free. The video stream however, depending on how much deinterlacing and other trickery you apply to it, will have some delay, from one frame to quite a few. Audio will be "ahead of" video then.
The solution is to use the SAA713x chip's capability to feed audio through the PCI bus as well - that'll be perfectly in sync with the video feed through PCI. If your software of choice doesn't screw it back up, that is.
