Thanks for the help. i do have and use startup tracker to stop programs from starting at boot up. (quick time, real Player? 1 or 2 others will sometimes return at boot up. Why????
2. i have partially uninstalled?deleted program window Blinds, i now have only 3Mb of the file in my add?remove programs that i try to uninstall . It returns error ( cant find Install.LOG. when i try to uninstall. Does this make sense> Is there A Program That can totally uninstall programs. I notice after I do uninstall some programs there is still traces of it. what program can i use to totally totally rid all traces.????? Frank White
