Heat, memory errors and drivers are generally the main causes of a CTD, assuming of course nothing is overclocked.
You said you've updated to the latest drivers, i'm assuming this includes video, audio and chipset drivers? Next step is to make sure your temps are in check, if temps are ok, then time to see if its a memory issue.
