I have Windows XP Professional, and well, I don't have my Task Manager anymore. I push CTRL, ALT, Delete, and nothing, won't even reboot after this. Could my Keyboard be gone? been having key issues?

Also have to tell my computer to put certain files in the system32 folder to install a game or something.
