UBRS = Upper Black Rock Spire (dont bother until 57 and ahead), but first you will have to do LBRS (that i hate) until one off the guildmates get the key to UBRS

You will do UBRS a lot, good XP place, one off the places where epics begin to drop...
Lots off stuff there too, there you get Rend Blackhand, The beast and the start and end off the long Onixya Chain...
