I just had a Maxtor 40GB die and it's doing the whole "Beeping" thing ..... I put it in the freezer ///////////// didn't fix it. Tapped it //////// didn't fix it /////// opened it ???? not sure what the heck is in there??? Pretty much junk to me.....
