Ok, if what rrcn doesn't work, go to Programs America Online, then look for the AOL System Information utility. It's got several tabs corresponding to different aspects of the system, like Network, Utilities, AOL Adapter. I'm going by memory so I can't recall exactly. There should be a Modem tab.
