My friend has this dell...

He wants to upgrade his video card and RAM, he has $250 to spend. The motherboard is DDR2, since im not too familiar with DDR2 i thought the people at Techimo could help me pick out some from Newegg.

And since he needs PCI-E I was thinking something along the lines of a X800GT..but will a 300W PSU be enough? He wants this to play CS:S with pretty good FPS (around 70) with almost all settings on high.
