Hi what you need is basically 2 things , somewhere to host your site and somewhere to host your domain name(dns server). Where ever you buy your domain they usally do the DNS as well.

i recommend www.xreg.co.uk might not be the cheapest but will host your domain using their servers.

What you need to do then is create a the site, use something like frontpage or dreamweaver. you will soon grap it. after you have made the site you need need to upload it somewhere. This can be paid hosing or your ISP usally has free webspace.

After that is uploaded, you need to "point" the domain name to where the site you uploaded is.

if i was you i would be looking a all in one package. www.godaddy.com seems to be a favorite here. or if you want a european one www.oneandone.co.uk seem to be the best
