OK, I looked at godaddy.com and am ready to buy the 4 bucks a month hosting plus the domain name....now I noticed they offer a webpage building program called Website Tonight which claims to be templates, images, etc...where all i have to do is type in text and load files, etc...its $5 a month- does that mean that if I use it to build the site, I have to pay $5 a month for the site to continue functioning properly? or is it a one time thing you use when your make changes to the page? Is it worth my time or should I look into something like Dreamweaver instead?
