Dell Inspiron 6000: Integrated or Dedicated?

Greetings,
I'm planning to get a Dell Inspiron 6000 notebook with these specs:

1. Pentium M 760 (2.0GHz)
2. 1024 MB DDR2 RAM (512MBx2)
3. 80GB HDD

Now i'm torn between having an integrated graphic chip (intel media accelerator) or a dedicated ATi Mobility Radeon x300 with 128MB VRAM. i've been reading reviews and forum posts for the past few days and so far i'd conclude that dedicated graphic is just for semi-serious and serious gamers only. i'm planning to run photoshop CS2 and autoCAD 2006 on this machine. will probably play a little counterstrike or quake 3.

as you might have guessed, my question is, should i go for the dedicated graphic chip or will i be fine with the integrated one? i'm in malaysia and the difference would be around RM400 (that's about 1++ USD). i wouldn't mind paying the extra bucks, but if i don't need it, why should i pay for it?

a technical question: it it true that having a dedicated graphic chip will render better colors in the images in photoshop? this sounds a little ridiculous to me... i thought VRAM only helps in terms of speeding things up?
