I decided to try and use some shortcut keys in Windows XP (i.e., to load Excel and Word). What I've noticed is this...the programs take longer to launch in XP home using the shortcut keys than they do clicking on the icon with the mouse. Does this make sense? Seems to be the case on two different machines running XP home.
Any thoughts on this?
