well for one, you're a bit cursed with Alliance in BG's
They almost always lose anyways.
There is no specific node you can take and keep and win.. you have to keep the majority of them to win.
usually keeping a rogue or something stealthed around flag will keep away the wimpy ones trying to get an easy flag
