the only way to win Arathi Basin or any other battleground is teamwork...
60% flag is lost because, there was only one guard at flag or most off the time no one guards the flag specially the first one..
Most PUG lose because they use groups...
Always plan ahead what base is stormed first..
The other day we were playing as PUG and we ended playing as group..
We made 3 groups, one group was assault, second group was defense and a third group had players doing both things, in the assault team we had 1 mage, 1 warlock, 1 priest, 1 warrior and one shaman.
Fear and polymorph does wonders in a PVP battle specially on healers...
As soon we started we planned what base we were going to take first usually we split our forces to lumber mill and blacksmiths, leaving one guard at farm at the start, leaving 2 guards in each conquered post, the defense group used main chat channel to call for reinforcements that were pulled from group 3.
With group one storming the same spot along with the avaiable off group 3...
I can say this worked pretty nice, I played for 10 rounds and we won 8 off them, the only we lost was due that we were playing vs a PVP guild that its equipped to the teeth with the special gear.
