How to block Limewire from network

I am set up with Comcast Internet using a RCA Modem, 4port Microsoft MN-500 Router and a 16port D-Link Switch

I need to block people from connecting to Limewire/any P2P in general. I host LAN parties and I don't want people wasting my bandwidth on P2p..

Is there anything I can do on the router/server side? I don't wanna have to install software everytime someone comes over and hooks up their PC...
