so you have a PCI-E video card..
i would contact HP or take out the power supply (and take it to a PC store and see if one matches) and see if you can find a better PSU .. with more Watts... look at finding one with a good 12 volt rail , I would go with about 400 at the minimum .. but look at maybe 450 to 500 ...
