Dungeon Set 1 described by blizzard is pure blue set... but its actually set 1 while tier 1.5 will be the upgrade version known as Dungeon Set 2, because it has 4 purples.

While Raid Set are totally different, both of them can be considered as 2.0 because they are full of purples.. .I have a feeling that with expansion we will begin to see tier 2.5 and tier 3 armor set that will have legendary items.
