haha they had a 4 minute gym near my office, its out of business now. Just another way of people thinking they can get into shape without putting any effort into it.

I think i will pass and continue to pay the monthly gym membership i have.

I wonder what would happen if you used the machine for 8 minutes

You would be ripped in no time!
