[why not just stick all said pictures into folder on your com then burn that folder to DVD ?].....................

I don't think it will autoplay in a non computer DVD player. When I try to put the folder of pics in the window of the dvd authoring software it says they are not movie files , as I am trying to create an autoplaying dvd, after it encodes the movie files it wants to burn the dvd immediately- not giving me the option of adding anything else to the burn session.
