voltage increase require when overclocking

Right now i have my E6600 Overclocked from 2.4Ghz to 2.7 Ghz with the FSB at 300Mhz. at this speed my pc-6400 ram stays at 800Mhz with the way my mobo's bios is configured, but i want to have my cpu to be left around 2.8Ghz-2.9Ghz in which case i need to increase the FSB to 312Mhz-324Mhz so and my ram frequence would be a lil less then 825-850 if im not mistaken. but my comp wont post. my stock voltage is 2.0V and my timming if im not mistaken is 5-5-5-12 i think, do you guys think it not posting is due to my memory, if so, what should i change, timings or mem voltage and to what? also my Cpu Voltage is at 1.3275, is that too low for the OC im attempting?
