I waited a couple of days to report it because I wanted to find out more about the nature of the beast. I was living with my parents at the time, and I didn't want any retaliation against me, them, or their home.
The case that is cross-referenced with mine is a completely unrelated hit-and-run case against him that was apparently dropped by the DA for lack of evidence. This guy is a real winner!
I know I'll need a private attorney to sue, but I'm thinking about asking my dad's lawyer to refer me to someone trustworthy and who will only collect if I win.
