Anybody know of a phone number that I can log onto to test a modem?

I have two 56k USR voice modems and both connect at 28k. My other computer connects at 48-49k(it's a PCI based mdem.

I'd done a lot of trouble shooting and I think it is my isp. My set up is Win98SE, everything is the same as I always set it up. I'v used these modems before, I'm using the same phone lines.

I't possible that I got two bad modems, but I don't think so.

I want to log on to a different number to see what my connection speed is.
