contact formatting in Outlook 2003

Im trying to figure out how to get rid of some kind of "intellisense" that is built into Outlook, it doesnt bother me, but we have a lady we deal with at my work (shes like 70+) and she wants things her way, so if i can give it to her (not that way ) then i will give it to her

When you click new on a message in outlook (im using 2003), you know when you start typing an email addy in any of the fields (to, CC, etc) that it will come up with a list of people you have emailed with that letter, etc.. Anyway when you choose your name out of that list it will relate that email addy lets use joesmith@wes.com if you type that when its done it will format it in the way it will have an underline and look like a contact cause it will then say something like Joe Smith and wont have the email address visible any longer.

Well she wants the email address visable after she selects who she wants to send it to. I have played with my Outlook and havent been able to find a way yet to make it so it doesnt automatically find the name of the person... even if it showed the name and then the email address next to it, i think she would feel better.. Is there any way to do what i speak of
