Im sorry how can that be legal? Doesn't that have to be in writing on the application or the intial hiring on paperworks or employee manual that needs to be given and signed upon accepting employment somewhere, That don't sound right to me, then again i am not from flordia so i don't know, I'd contact someone find out more info on that.
